Asset types: Multifamily (4 units and below; 100 units and up), Class “B” office buildings, Neighborhood centers in “up and coming” areas around major cities
Geography: Southern California, Texas, Arizona, and New York; will consider other regions across United States on case-by-case basis
Deal size: $3,000,000 – $20,000,000
Our company also offers property management services in and around New York City and Los Angeles and manages a portfolio of residential and commercial investment properties.
